WurifyPeak respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. You must hold the rights or permissions needed for any video, link or other content you process or publish through WurifyPeak. If you believe content processed through WurifyPeak infringes your copyright, you can report it using the procedure below.

Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)

Send a notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Notice" and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the account, workspace, link or clip).
Your contact details (name, email, and where applicable the rights holder you represent).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

What We Do

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material, pause related jobs, and notify the affected user. We may forward your notice (including your contact details) to the user who submitted the material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected] including: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature. We may restore the material if appropriate after review.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, consistent with our Terms of Service.
