Refund & Billing
This page explains how paid plans and credits are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work. Payments are sold and processed by Polar acting as our Merchant of Record.
Plans and Pricing
WurifyPeak offers a free tier and paid plans — Creator and Max — plus optional one-off credit packs for extra usage. Current prices, billing period and what each plan includes are shown on the Plans page in the app and on the checkout page before you pay.
Merchant of Record
All purchases are sold and processed by Polar (polar.sh) acting as Merchant of Record. This means Polar is the seller of record: your purchase contract, payment processing, applicable taxes/VAT and invoices are handled by Polar. WurifyPeak provisions your plan based on the order, and never sees or stores your full payment-card details.
Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel. One-off credit packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.
How to Cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings in the app (dismiss your current plan). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also manage your subscription and payment method from the Polar customer portal linked in your Polar receipt emails.
Refunds
All purchases are final. Except where a refund is required by applicable law — including mandatory consumer-protection rights such as the EU/EEA right of withdrawal described below — fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not refund the unused portion of a billing period or unused credits. Because access to the paid features is provided immediately, at checkout you consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, and is reduced in proportion to what you have already used.
Where a refund is legally due, it is issued by Polar (the Merchant of Record) to your original payment method. To request a refund, open a support ticket from your account (Settings → Billing); we review each request and, if a refund is due, process it through Polar. Consumed credit packs are non-refundable.
EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital services that begin immediately, you may be asked to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, or reduced proportionally to the part already used. As seller of record, Polar manages the withdrawal process; this does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Invoices and Receipts
Polar issues a receipt/invoice for each successful payment. You can download your invoices from your billing history in the app and from the Polar customer portal.
Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds. We may retry the charge through Polar before downgrading the account to the free tier.
